Captain Foster acquired Calista in 1915 (before he was elected) and she was lost with all hands in 1917 so, in theory, the yacht shouldn't appear in this record as a Squadron yacht after she had been sold by Lord Howard de Walden in 1914.

Angela II and Elizabeth were both requisitioned during WWII; Angela was lost in 1944; Elizabeth was returned to her owner in 1941.  Captain Foster disposed of her at some time before 1946, during a period when records of yachts owned were not kept.
