A twin screw, brass-funnelled naval picket boat No 1694 built by J Samuel White and Co of Cowes in 1927.

She is believed to be one of the first naval picket boats to be diesel powered.

During her naval career she was the barge of the Flag Officer Malta, and was also carried aboard HMS Rodney and also, possibly, Nelson and Hood.

In 1958 she was purchased from the Admiralty by J H Millar Esq to be the tender to the 12 Metre Sceptre, the RYS challenger for the America's Cup held at Newport Rhode Island in 1958.

She was then acquired by Michael Kelsey in 1982, and has since been restored to the condition in the photos and displayed in a museum of transport and navigation in Istanbul.  The photos below show her in 2017.
