It's possible that this yacht was built as Sylvana (owned by Lt Col Courtney C E Morgan, who later became Lord Tredegar) from 1910 to 1912.  However, there's some doubt about this because Sylvana was supposedly built in 1910 whereas Diane is listed as having been built in 1902.
