Latifa

Latifa was built in 1936 as a sloop with a canoe stern in order to optimise her rating under the RORC rule.

This 70 foot double-ender was thus measured as 15.30m on the waterline, whereas she was actually 15.70m.

Currently (2018) she is rigged as a yawl and is one of the few double-enders still sailing.
