Kapana is a one-off vessel.  The first owner wanted a Nelson design but needed more internal volume.  He, therefore, bought a bare hull and superstructure of the beamier Aquastar 43 from their factory in Guernsey and had it shipped to Buckler's Hard on the River Beaulieu.  There the boatyard was instructed to fit it out to Nelson standards and quality.
