Hon. Cecil Duncombe was born on 27 May 1832. He was the son of William Duncombe, 2nd Baron Feversham of Duncombe Park and Lady Louisa Stewart.2 He married Eleanor Jane Mills, daughter of Sir Charles Mills, 1st Bt., on 26 October 1859. He died on 20 May 1902 at age 69.
He gained the rank of Captain in the service of the 1st Life Guards. He held the office of Member of the Yorkshire County Council. He held the office of Justice of the Peace. He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant. He lived at the Grange, Nawton, Yorkshire, England.
Father was the 2nd Baron Faversham. JP. He was a captain in the Imperial Yeomanry, the Yorkshire Hussars. Member of Yorkshire County Council. Deputy Lieutenant.
