Evelyn Arthur Hugh Boscawen, 10th Viscount Falmouth was born on 13 May 1955.1 He is the son of George Hugh Boscawen, 9th Viscount Falmouth and Beryl Elizabeth Price Browne.1 He married, firstly, Lucia Caroline Vivian-Neal, daughter of Ralph William Vivian-Neal and Gillian (?), on 23 July 1977.1 He and Lucia Caroline Vivian-Neal were divorced in 1995.1 He married, secondly, Katherine Helen Maley, daughter of Mark Maley, on 7 October 1995.1
