Jack Raymond (1902-1992) was one of the outstanding yachtsmen of the post-war years.  He was Captain of the Daring Class and Chairman of the Cowes Combined Clubs.  He also served on the RYS Yachting Committee twice - firstly between 1951/53 and 1956, and then from 1959 to 1960.
