The photo opposite shows Sir Terence (known by all as "Pingo") with his wife and son Hercules at the wedding of their other son Patrick.

He was a great supporter of the Bembridge Sailing Club and used to sail his father's Redwing there.  He inaugurated the Langrishe Cup which he donated for youngsters in the Club.

He was the son of Sir Hercules Langrishe (RYS 1889-1943)
